Went to the Bistro at Wild Goose winery with another couple. Not sure if the experience could have been worse. They have this... odd way of ordering food, you check off what you want and then need to pay and tip to order your food. God forbid the waitstaff could do that for you....there must be only 8-10 tables in the place. Food was awful, only our salad was edible. Brisketwas badly overcooked, too dry to eat. I wanted to try a glass of wine not on the menu but available in the tasting bar a fewfeet away... "no we can't offer you that". A very disappointing experience. Maybe the place was okay pre-pandemic but thereare many winery restaurants which are infinitely better. Stay away. Read more

Pretty good. The brisket should have had the fat trimmed. The chunks of blue cheese in the bacon blue cheese potato salad should... have been a bit smaller. All the meats (ribs, pulled pork, brisket) could have had more flavor. The peach jalapeno BBQ saucecould have had a bit more kick but it was quite tasty. All three desserts (key lime pie, pecan pie, and chocolate torte) hadgood flavor and weren't too sweet, but the pecan pie crust was way too thick and difficult to break off a bite and the torte wasa bit dry. The staff was lovely, the space was clean, and they were very timely. Beautiful location and quite a nice mealoverall. Read more

We stopped here for a small lunch during a bike trip. The BBQ pork bun and rosé were delicious and the view was great!

Tried calling for takeaway but got couldn?t get through then we were turned away at the door 30 minutes before closing. There... are a lot of wineries in the area I wouldn?t waste my time with this one. Read more

Decided to try a new place for mother's Day, very dissatisfied. It is fully self serve as well as asking you to clean up after... yourself. The brisket Philly cheese sandwich is described as artisan bread. More like supermarket hotdog buns. The watermelonsalad had a dressing on it that I can only describe as diarrhea colour. Also the atmosphere was very bland and cold. Never goingback. We could not bring ourselves to finish the meal. Read more

The food and wines were wonderful, as were the views! We LOVED our meals! Unfortunately, it was 43 degrees during the... historical heat wave when we visited, so we couldn't spend as much time there as we would have liked, but we will be back! Theservice was wonderful too! Read more

Great good, awesome view! We had the watermellon salad ($16, probably overpriced for what it was) which was good, and the ribs... with cornbread and Mac n' cheese (excellent and worth the money!). We also purchased a case of wine along with a coupleflights. Just a small complaint I have about the general manager (or winery owner) - don't expect the same treatment from himif you don't look like you have a fat wallet - he went above and beyond for the "mature" looking couples, but couldn't even sayhello to us. The staff on the other hand were great, nothing but good things to say about them. It's a shame when ageismpresents itself - made us feel out of place and unwelcomed. Read more

Great BBQ. We had the full track of ribs with sides of mac n cheese and lemon dill coleslaw. All very tasty, especially with the... accompanying sauces. Really hit the spot and soaked up some of the alcohol after quite a few wine tastings on a very hot day. Read more
