There is a bad wait time. I had to wait over 40 minutes for a couple of orders because they were low on staff. Although, I don?t... blame the staff because they were just doing their best and their job, but I hate having to wait for that long for a couple oforders when the orders was said to be ready, although it wasn?t. Very busy place for lunch!! Employees needs to change there gloves and clean the cutting knife 5 or 6 of them in a line just... making sandwiches nice process quick service, but changed those nasty gloves and teach the young guy to clean the knife and cutthe sandwich all the way Thru!! Read more

A few weeks ago I visited this location as I have on several occasions. This visit was like no prior visits, I immediately... noticed several flies in location of food preparation counter. I mentioned this to employee preparing my meal and response wasnone verbal and little concern. As the employee proceeded to prepare my meal, a fly landed on it and I informed her I would notbe taking that meal due to fly landing on it. I observed numerous flies in food area that evening. I was offered another mealwhich I reluctantly agreed upon. This has never been the case prior to my last visit. Not sure if I'll choose to return tothis location. Read more

My husband surprised me with a large Philly steak and cheese with mushrooms peppers and onions the giant one and at best we got... the amount of meat for a real small the rest was all bun no onions and peppers as per ordered. Price went up at $15 used to pay10.00 for the same thing there. Read more
