When I came into the store No one greeted me. The cashier then walked away as soon as I walked in. A few minutes later a... different person then came and took my order she was rude. After I placed my order and paid I then sat and waited for over 20minutes. I counted a total of 7 people walked in after me, placed orders and get there orders and leave. I then ask for mydrinks and cake pops still another 10 minutes wait. And my drinks were made incorrectly. This is the first time I?ve experiencedracism in this location. Not a coffee prude. Got a hot coffee with some ice and cream dumped in, along with some whipped cream. I ordered a large cold... brew with cream, with an extra shot of espresso and cold foam. The wait was also outrageous. Some days they get it right andsome they don't. This is probably the worst SB in the area. Read more

Come here almost everyday. Not a single problem. Coffee always good. Service always fast and polite.
Ordered two coffees around 6am, both came out awful, asked for a shot of the flavor shot that was clearly forgotten. They... insisted on remaking one of the coffees which came out equally awful but instead this time tasted more like water than coffee.Couldn't drink any of the 3 and drove to a different starbucks. This used to be the best Starbucks in my area but for some reason the last few months my lattes have been tasting horrible. The... flavor is bland no matter how many syrups in add in, doesn?t taste like coffee at all. I?m so disappointed and confused on why Ican?t get a good drink here anymore.
