Terrible customer service. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap online. Took off buffalo sauce and added chipotle southwest sauce.... Picked it up and it had both sauces on it. Brought it back because it is not what I ordered. Worker told me they would have tocharge me to make another one even though they read the instructions incorrectly. Worker said that it's a buffalo chicken wrapso they have to use buffalo and then proceeded to tell me to order a Caesar wrap next time and take off the Caesar dressing andadd chipotle sauce. How does that even make sense. Workers are hardly ever friendly and unless you order in person, it's neverright. Even then it's probably going to be wrong. Read more
The employees in this Subway were courteous, prompt, organized, neat, and they worked very smoothly as a team. They included... more than 1 napkin in my to go bag, they labelled my sandwiches, and they offered to let me taste the buffalo sauce beforeputting it on my sandwich. Way to go ladies two thumbs up!!! Sandwich is good, service was okay. No smiles, seemed angry. Place was clean. Had to repeat the vegetables I wanted multiple... times, they seemed like they didn?t want to work at all or never have. We just picked up two of the most disappointing salads ever. They used to have the best chopped salads. $21 for a couple of... salads with less than 1/4 cup of greens in it and some veggies slopped on top. We got salads without the salad parts. Hoping itwas just a bad night. Read more
