They were absolutely slammed but man what a great team. They kept the line moving, very friendly and courteous, added plenty of... napkins without having to be asked, good attitudes. Such a pleasant encounter. They worked so well together that everythingflowed seamlessly. Read more

Would have given zero stars if it was possible. Nothing new from the other posted reviews... stopped here for a ?quick snack?... but ended up waiting 45 minutes for one sandwich. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered an Italian BMT, but gotinstead an Spicy Italian. The lady making the sandwiches disappear for about 15 minutes, then came back and took at least 10minutes with each customer. Not that she was new, but she just didn?t care there was a line. The ?manager? was ?helping? a theregister, but didn?t move a finger to make the line go faster. Read more
After waiting patiently in line, when it was my turn, the "sandwich artist" behind the counter told me, "you have to wait, I... have to go clean the bathroom". Common sense would've told him to wait on the customer first and then go clean the bathroom.Yuck. Who wants a sandwich made by him after he's cleaned the bathroom! Read more
Stood and waitied and no one showed up. So many customers lost while I was there. They were open but none of the other employees... knew where the lady was. 7/3/18 at 9pm. Check your cameras and you will see all the business you lost. My advice dont stop here.Not worth it. Read more
"Ekah" and "Elane" two fat african american ladies with no idea what customer service means made sure i turned my back and... walked away. Long story short they were out of eggs, I asked to replace with bacon, they tried charging me almost double becauseshe couldn't just replace an item from breakfast menu, had to switch the whole order to one from main menu and on top of thatcharge for an extra item (0 common sense) mind you what i really wanted were my eggs and if anything, they should be trying tomake up for it from a customer and business owner perspective. Nonetheless it was the attitude and rudeness, a few bucks dontmean anything, just had to be nice. Either they work for commission or just wanted all the bacon. Read more
Worst customer service ever! Do not go here. The man at the counter is really rude. They don?t accept credit or debit card, only... cash. We found out this after a long line. Asked for artisan bread, gave me dry Italian cheese and herbs, asked for Mayo to go,they didn?t have any, asked for Diet Coke, didn?t have it either. I can accept they don?t have some supplies? but rudeness inthis location was unbelievable. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place Read more
