The lady who made my sandwich had a smile on the whole and was able to communicate good.
Got in line as one of the employees was making another customers sandwich. Waited about 5 minutes for her to get him rang up and... another employee who I had seen messing around in the back comes up and says all we have left is flatbread. Every time I order they forget my chips. They always say oh I thought the person picking up got them. It?s not their... responsibility to do your job. You have everything else in the bag put the chips in the bag too. Also a salad and protein bowlsare supposed to have lettuce spinach etc and not just a pinch. It was an ok experience. The customer service was good but they judged all our sandwhich saying it was nasty and they wouldnt... eat that combination. And they even opened up our sandwiches and showed it to their other employees. They shouldve just not ofsaid anything. It wouldve been a five star review if all of them wouldve stayed quiet.. Great workers they are friendly. Well two ladies are not so nice and don't smile but I'm not sure if they are still there.... Haven't seen them in a while. So I still give the 5 stars because everyone else are amazing Read more
The wife put in an online order for three sandwiches and some cookies, stopped in 10 minutes later to pick them up and they... haven't even started them.. I come back 15 minutes later and still have to wait. I get home and she says she ordered cookiesalso,. Yes I had to go back down there to get those and wait 10 minutes for them which they were out of. Read more
