Ordered on line for in store pickup. Waited 25 minutes. In that time only orders for the drive through were made. Finally, I... asked for a refund and the manager had the nerve to say I was being rude. She did have the kid making the food make my ordernext and, of course, he made it wrong. Too much of the corn salsa was on the left side of the bowl. I had to use my fork to spread it around. A more evenly... distributed salsa is preferred. Also the worker skimped on the chicken but made up for it in giving me 23% more guacamole thanusual. So I let it slide. This was a successful chipotle experience. Worst Customer "service" I have ever experienced! The lady manager is ridiculously RUDE & after making half my order tells me... the other half has to be ordered online!? She fails to explain in a respectable manner & just asks if I want the bowl I alreadyhad made!? NO!!!
