We will never go to this location again. Waited a really long time. Food came. But not all of it. When our food came and we... mentioned the missing items, waitress proceeded to take 9 other orders before getting our items like basic things such as syrupwe needed for our food. No refills. Our daughter was missing her food and it came when we were finished. The manager did comeand speak to all the angry loud people, but not to everyone. You have to be loud and angry at this location go get anything evenwater, coffee, and syrup. Read more

When I see a new menu item that seems interesting at a restaurant that typically never disappoints I had to make a trip to... Cracker Barrel to try the new Kick'n Ranch Fried Chicken and fried pickle chips. Unfortunately the latter was only available asa full order and not as a side upgrade which was disappointing. I expected more of a kick given the zesty ranch seasoning andbuffalo ranch sauce drizzle. The spice was underwhelming and bone in chicken is a tad difficult to dip into a tiny portion cupof pickle ranch. The sizes of the pieces seemed small and were either over cooked or cooked in older oil as the batter wasreally dark and a bit greasy. This concept would be better executed as chicken tenders not bone in chicken. I asked forbiscuits and cornbread with honey but only got biscuits with jelly. The Mac n cheese and steamed broccoli sides were asexpected. The waitress was attentive but seemed rushed and maybe a little overwhelmed or spread thin although it didn't seemoverly busy. This was the first time We went to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. It was a thoroughly enjoyable Dinner.The meal itself, was Very... tasty and came Well prepared and hot. But what made the meal most enjoyable, was our server, Emilee. She was a delight. Eventhe manager Came to Our table And made us feel very welcome. I thought the menu said there was a sweet potato casserole, but it was a sweet potato with these huge sticky marshmallows that... wouldn't melt and the cornbread wasn't very good. I will start this review by saying the staff at the Country Store was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, personable, and even... joked around with my party in some instances. Loved my experience with all of them and the hosting staff. The diningexperience, however, has been one of the worst I?ve encountered in a long time. We were sat and got our drinks just fine andalthough there were some discrepancies, nothing to stress about. We ordered our appetizers and entrees at the same time when ourwaitress came back and we were told there would be a 30-45 minute wait for the food so we knew we?d have to be patient andhappily obliged. However, our waitress said we likely wouldn?t be waiting that long because the kitchen was catching backup. After waiting over an hour (with parties that arrived after us ordering, receiving, and finishing up their meals) wefinally receive our food only for it to have many things wrong and our waitress having no memory of who ordered what. She hadbrought all orders out but mine and I was told by my waitress that she ?didn?t know what happened with my order but the kitchenis making it now?. By the time my food came out (I never got the biscuits that came with my order) my party was finishing uptheir meals. Apart from seeing parties that arrived after us leave before us, there was no effort to improve our experience byany of the dining staff. I?ve left this experience not wanting to dine at a Cracker Barrel ever again. No food is good enough(and that?s also debatable from yesterday?s experience) to endure an abysmal customer experience. Avoid this restaurant (perhapson a Sunday or if you?re of a particular pigmentation persuasion) unless you want to waste ~2 hours for just alright food. Read more
