I recently ordered a deep dish pizza from the Okemos Domino's. I nearly choked on a large sharp plastic object (over 1" long)... embedded in the cheese. I immediately contacted Domino's and gave them the plastic object. I repeatedly asked them to let meknow what they're doing to make sure this is resolved, so it doesn't happen to someone else, with no response. Decent pizza great price if you carry out. Good for a quick pick up after sports. I can order it online then run over and it's... pretty much ready when I get there. Takes about 10-15 minutes usually. Read more
Normally I would tell friends to go here because I order all the time. Today I ordered two chicken Alfredo bowls and a pizza.... Took 20 minutes to be delivered. Great service. Till I found out the two bowls were burnt and dry. So I called to see what theycould do. Remake them or credit my account. I chose to remake them then I found out because it was something they did wrong it'sgoing to take them over an hour to remake them. Today not so great service. Not happy at all Read more
Not a good Domino's anymore, seems like cost cutting has taken off at this location. Pizzas used to have a nice thick crust base... a decent layer of sauce and cheese. Now they're like a thin crust without the crunchy crust, like it's a smaller dough ball tomake the same size pizza and virtually no sauce to speak of. If you want cheese make sure to order extra otherwise it might noteven cover the whole pizza. Toppings used to cover the whole pizza as well, now that's over with a scattering of them sometimesa whole piece without any toppings even on it. Read more
Normally this is a pretty good Dominos. I would not recommend ordering before 4. I'm not sure the day manager, at least the one... on shift when I ordered last, knows how to actually make a pizza. I ordered three large, extra sauce, extra cheese pizzas. Allthree had no sauce except the tiniest bit at the crust and lower than normal amount of cheese, to top it off there were largebubbles in the pizzas and no garlic on the crust. Read more

This is is a clean and efficiently run store with great quality and friendly employees. We go here at least once a month andI?m not sure you can beat this for chain pizza in the area. I bought a pizza and some wings the other day. It was delicious. They sent me a coupon for a free medium pizza which I bought... last night. It was so delicious. I ordered it from work parking lot and it was ready when I got there! The crust was soft witha little crunch on the rim. The garlic flavor was perfect. I really appreciated the free dinner. Read more
