Absolutely disgusting everytime. I order from e lake lansing location and they are good. My fiancé mistakingly ordered from... this Okemos location and they messed up our order: gave us 1 topping instead of the 2 we ordered. Failed to put the seasoning onthe crust and it is always cooked so wrong. Thin even tho it?s ordered as regular crust. Seems like the crust doesn?t rise atall and had half melted cheese and basically no sauce. I will be sure my family never orders from this location again andhopefully it closes soon Read more

I have never been more disappointed in a hungry Howie's as I am in this on. The customer service is horrible my order is almost... always wrong. When I called the manager all I get are excuses. Order was fast and came quickly . 6 dollar delivery fee is a bit steep compared to other places. From the second I was handed... the pizza by the delivery person I knew it was going to be nasty. I place the pizza on the countertop and my hand is covered ingrease. I open the pizza box and there is a pool of grease formed in one of the corners. The slices are soggy and the crust waswet with grease. I needed a towel to wipe my hands after every bite . After eating a fair amount of the pizza I paid for Istarted to get a headache from the grease and now I feel dirty on the inside. Don?t think I?ll be coming back any time soon Read more
Decent pizza. 2nd time order was wrong. Receipt clearly shows jalapeños and got banana peppers. Don't get the wings. They're... low grade. Breaded then baked and barely any sauce. Showed up at pickup time after placing online order. Waited in lobby for over half hour before being helped or getting a status... update on my order. And it wasn?t until then, when they started cooking my pizza, over an hour after the order was placed andthe order wasn?t even correct. Unprofessional staff with very little help. Ordered delivery this evening... Not sure when my food got here but after two and half hours of waiting my neighbor knocked and... asked if I knew there was food outside my door. By then the pizza was cold and the salad was soggy. No delivery driver everknocked and I'm not sure how long my food was sitting on the ground. Tried calling the store and no answer the first time,second time I was hung up on. I would rather drive to a different side of town then deal with this again. Read more
