Chicken tenders were old, I expected them more freshly done, made to order, but were not.
630pm on a Saturday and they have only crispy, and can not do dark meat in anything other than a 3 piece however still no legs... available for 3 piece. This is the third and last time we will visit this place. Other times included getting the order wrongalong with not having menu items and key times. Went to your drive thru at 730 I don't know if you close at 8 or 9 but you were out if chicken. Your order taker was rude when I... asked him what you did have. First I said well what do you guys have and he didn't respond and then I said well do you havetenders and he was like yup. I said it was fine that I'll find somewhere else to go. And no I was not rude I work in customerservice. It's just really hard to imagine that a place that sells chicken ran out of chicken. Don't get me wrong I worked at aKFC all through high School and didn't matter what time it was if someone ordered chicken we had to make it even if that meantthey wanted to sit there for a half an hour while it cooked. Well this place needs to be re managed. Went through drive through at 8:15pm today and was told by drive through attendant that... the store was put of chicken. (Kfc-kentucky fried CHICKEN) We then asked "well do u have any other food" and was told by theattendant, "you should have came earlier" in rude remark back. Then after we pulled off, the drive through attendant took 3people after. If the restaurant was out of food then why did they serve customers after me. I was very upset and disappointed atyour restaurants customers service. When my husband called the restaurant, the drive through attendant answered the one and myhusband asked to speak with a manager. He was waiting for a manager to come to the phone and while waiting, the attendant wastaking drive through orders (even after we were told they were out of food). When the guy came back to the phone after 10minutes he said, "what do you want?" Mt husband then replied, " I was waiting to speak with a manager". Then the guy (drivethrough attendant), said I am the manager what do u want. My husband asked for the name of the man on the phone and was thenhung up on. He called back and the guy answered then hung up. After that, someone unhooked the phone at the restaurant becausethe call would not go through. If you are needing a manager to come apply and take over. I wormed at multiple restaurants and Iam capable to manage this restaurant and have available food for our customers during opening hours. First your out of chicken then your employee has a smart comments "like well you should of came earlier." Then as I call to talk... to the manager I wait on the phone 20 minutes hearing them take orders as well as watch them sell chicken. Then when the managerdoes get on the phone he won't tell me his name. It's cool I will talk with corporate and the GM tomorrow. Read more
Won?t answer phone calls. Also stopped carrying beyond chicken which is incredibly sad. It was amazing and allowed me to enjoy... KFC again, but unfortunately they seemed to have gotten rid of it almost immediately after it rolled out. (Yes I?m aware that itshared a fryer with real chicken, no that does not bother me) Read more

Kinda sus tht my fries came in a Taco Bell bag even though I bought them from KFC. When I went back in to ask them why my fries... were in a Taco Bell paper bag he made a smart comment about the fact that Taco Bell and KFC are owned by the same people. Idkif that's true but it not cool to have cold fries in a Taco Bell bag when I ordered them from KFC. Just saying. Read more
