There have been a few times..several actually. That you cannot get mcafe beverages or slushies because they claim their machine... is constantly being taken apart. 730pm is way too early for that being that is still a dinner hour. I used to order here acouple times a week until my orders were back to back consistently wrong. Missing items mostly because I don't customize thingsI just order them as is. One ofany time, for example, I realized at the window...before pulling away, that I didn't get my mochafrappe and was told I wasn't charged for it. Cool no biggie ill pay for it, until I was told that I had to go all the way backthrough the huge line at drive thru to do so because they didn't put it on my original order. (My dinner order is always thesame, the frappe is the first thing I order.." there hVe been times they've skipped items I WAS charged for and I just saidforget it and let it be. No thanx mcdonalds. I would do negative stars if I could. Start off with trying to place my order, the employees kept looking at us but didn't come... to the counter for help. I had to use the touch screen, but had to pay in cash, so the employees had to send someone out to docash. They were rude, and basically did it as fast as possible so they could go back to talking. It's been 10 mins since I gotthere, it wasn't horribly busy, so why couldn't they help or just be polite? The store had a smell in the lobby that smelt likemildew and hot trash, which made waiting for my meal inside even worse. When I got my food it was to go, so I had walked out tomy car and then checked my food. Fries were old and soggy, my chicken sandwich had tomato instead of the pickle I asked forwhich wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't allergic, and the coke was just brown club soda. When I went back in to get a newsandwich I was treated like it wasn't a problem, they just removed the tomato and put pickles on, I asked them to make a newsandwich because I am allergic and can't have it. Overall this McDonald's really sucks at hiring good employees as they can'tclean the lobby right, treat consumers right, or make a simple sandwich right. I think management needs training as they arethey ones bringing in new people and letting the old team go. The old team could make a sandwich right. Read more
