Customer service was terrible yesterday. Ordered 3 meals and a large drink, then asked for two waters for the kids. Look down... and the drink had no ice?the lady giving the drinks wouldn?t answer me if they had ice and just snarled nasty at me. I took adrink and it was super warm?and getting those two waters was a nightmare. The lady literally handed me one and refused thesecond.
