We've been here several times and they never disappoint. They always have what I want. Orange chicken is my absolute favorite!!
Customer service was terrible yesterday. Ordered 3 meals and a large drink, then asked for two waters for the kids. Look down... and the drink had no ice?the lady giving the drinks wouldn?t answer me if they had ice and just snarled nasty at me. I took adrink and it was super warm?and getting those two waters was a nightmare. The lady literally handed me one and refused thesecond. I had just spent more than $30 on subpar food and warm soda?but treated terribly over water. Read more

My family like Panda Express a lot. It is quick, and cost is reasonable (understandably price increases during recent couple of... years). It is not authentic of course, but the modification is reasonable. Read more
Waited in line for 7 minutes behind a man and his kids. They all ordered lots of food and then when the Father goes to order he... says ?I?ll take the rest of that Chow mein? even though there was a lot left definitely enough for two people. But the workerproceeds to give him to rest which literally filled his whole box. Then refused to make anymore chow mein even though I justwaited in line and watched him give this man ALL of the chow mein. I have never felt so disrespected, felt like a racism thing.He gave that white man exactly what he wanted and did not care that I was in line patiently waiting for my chow mein also. WillNEVER come here again and will be telling everyone I know to never support them again!! Read more
I'm not sure what happened, I usually like Panda, but this time it wasn't great, the chow mein had hardly any noodles, mostly... unidentifiable vegetables, the orange chicken was no longer white meat and didn't seem to be fully cooked. I did enjoy thecheese rangoon but that was about it. Read more

Loved the dinner selection I chose! The young man and the cashier were wonderful! I was in a hurry due to picking up an order... for others, but was treated like I was being mean by the current manager who was there. Ended up just leaving a tip becausethere wasn't enough change in the till, and I was delighted to leave that tip! ???? Read more
