I don't think this store in Okemos has EVER made my order right. 5 layer burrito NO SOUR CREAM. They always put it on it. But... today they got wrong 10-3-22 and refused to come open the door to the lobby. They told me thru the glass to go back into thedrive thru line and wait until it's my turn and they can correct it.... THEY WOULD NOT BRING THE BURRITO TO THE DOOR FOR ME. Iunderstand that under covid or lack of staff they can't have a lobby open and I was willing to wait at the door for it to becorrected. Why as a already PAID customer should I have to wait in a line behind 6 cars to have their error fixed ?? Not tryingto be rude but it's these taco bell employees that make a bad name for the other fast food employees around this area. No onewill ever be ok with giving this service this morning anything above minimum wage. This taco bell has lost my servicepermanently. I also left the BURRITO at the door on the ground for them to get. Their trash they can keep it. And the sad thingis Taco Bell or management won't do a single thing about it. Read more

We went here in the evening on Black Friday. Almost all the other restaurants in the area had their dining rooms closed and this... one was open so that was a plus. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The kitchen looked disheveled with food packetsand trash all over the floor. They weren't taking orders at the counter. On top of all of that, there was a steady stream of oddcharacters who kept coming in. The service was actually pretty decent. Overall this was not a great Taco Bell experience. Stopped here Friday November 4th around 9:00 p.m. to pick up a food order for delivery. The staff refused to give me an estimate... of how long the order would take. I just needed a rough estimate. Would it be 5 minutes would it be 30 minutes? They refuse togive me an estimate. All they said was they have all these other orders to make before this order. Really they should havealready been started on the order because it got placed before it I even got there. They were so rude I will never acceptanother order from this restaurant. Nobody cares though at this restaurant. I'm sure the owner doesn't even care. I think thatbecause I don't see any responses to any of these reviews. Most businesses will answer the reviews and at least apologize forhorrible service. But you won't see that on here for this Taco Bell or most Taco bells. All delivery drivers will tell you thatTaco Bell is the worst restaurant to pick up food at. It's mostly the staff is always very rude. Read more

Definitely room for improvement but I did want to come here and say that James is a bright spot here! My kids love him and he is... always cheery when we come through. In a world that customer service seems to no longer matter?I?m thankful there are stillpeople like James to make up for it! Read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell in existence. Order is never correct, always shorted. Workers always rude. Not sure if anyone is... even managing this store because the employees treat customers like hostile invaders. Avoid and just go anywhere else. Only gohere if you want to listen to the employees talk poorly about the customers and then get your order wrong and be combative ifyou try to point it out. Read more

Apparently Taco Bell changed their menu. Now you can get a cheese burrito or a beef and cheese. Or the five layer which used to... be the standard burrito!!! Ordered and paid for a five layered burrito.got a meat and cheese instead. Freaking nasty!!!!!!Can't blame it on kids because adults were working or pretending to work. Guy taking orders was rude. Now instead of Taco Bellrun for the border, it's Taco Bell just run!!! The food is not edible and by the looks of the reviews, no one cares either.Won't be back. Read more

Typically this location is soooo understaffed or staffed by people who have no idea what they are doing that you need to pack a... lunch to wait in the drive thru line because you'll be there 20+ minutes. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Again...youmight have what you ordered....maybe not! HOWEVER, on this particular trip I was thru the line in about 2 minutes AND my orderwas correct and actually not bad. I'm amazed taco bell is still able to keep the doors open with as much horrible service I, andcountless others, have experienced at various taco bell locations across the country. There were 2 cars a head of us. So they weren't busy .they left out the burrito supreme that was. Part of the order. Went in... side to mention they forgot it and it was like the guy was mad that he had missed it and had to make one. So it was a rolled upmess. Not tucked at either end. We ordered 3 tacos asking for no Lettuce and all 3 had Lettuce. It shows on my receipt "NoLettuce " so were they upset? All the tacos were broken beyond and accidental break. Looked kind of careless. I feel we weretreated poorly, besides the guy who took the order. Any way very disappointed won't go back. Read more
