[ + ] The embodiment of perfection. the room was sizeable and unique. the museum exhibits were remarkable and thought provoking.... staff were approachable and more than helpful when needed. and the in-room dining options were divine. [ - ] my only gripemight be in regards to the lack of pet friendly walking areas. it's somewhat difficult to find anything within close proximity, and walking down to the only patch of grass at the end of the street was absurdly unsafe. we had to pace back inside withoutactually going (a number of times) as the area is shared with all types of commuters and even some homeless folk. all thingsconsidered, do yourself a favor and book a night here. it's well worth the asking price, and impossible to beat at the currentrate. All I can say is ? it was different. Between Mind-blowing and mind-boggling, I don?t know which one to say? Service: the staff... are very friendly and always on top of everything. Surroundings: Sightseeing ~ not short of things to see ? there?s museum, artexhibition, some creative art sculptures , and even a few videos /movies to watch . Room: upgraded to a suite. Room was hugewith tall ceilings and big widows. Very modern and futuristic Facilities: restaurants offers gourmet food. Their new restaurantthat connects to the pool was doing a grand opening and tasting event at the time we were there. I would love to go there andtry the food if I go there again in the future. If you are tired of the ordinary 5 star hotel owned by the big enterprises, definitely check this place out. Nice for a change! Read more

Enjoyed the easy check in and helpful staff. The room was crisp and clean. Big fluffy towels and a rubber ducky greeted us. The... high vaulted ceilings and huge windows made it feel spacious. The boutique style pool was a great spot for cocktails and snacks.I really loved staying here! Read more

The room itself was great and I loved the big windows and the industrial / modern feel of the decor. However, when it comes to... the rest of the space it appears that the guests are stuck playing second fiddle to private parties. I arrived around 6pm on aMonday and since 21c charges a premium for the fact that it is a museum/art gallery I was looking forward to viewing the artbefore going to dinner. Unfortunately when I arrived the majority of the main floor (containing the majority of the art) wasrented out by a private party that wouldn't be gone until 9pm. Strike 1. The front desk apologized and said that although MaryEddy's (the on site restaurant) was closed on Monday there was a free shuttle that could take us to a variety of restaurants inthe area for dinner. After making reservations and coming down to take the shuttle around 7:15 I was informed by the doormanthat a private party had reserved the shuttle form 7-9pm and that we would need to find another way to dinner. I had to changeour 7:30 reservation to account for finding another way to dinner. Strike 2. The next day I figured my private party woes wereover but after breakfast I sat down to work at the on site coffee shop. After 5 minutes one of the staff came over to me andsaid that I was going to need to leave in 30 minutes because of another private bridal party that was coming to view the space.Strike 3. I guess the good news for 21c OKC is that they have a nice space that people want to rent out for private parties andevents. The bad news is that if you are a guest during one of these seemingly frequent events many of the hotels amenities maybe off limits to you while the hotel collects a premium price from you and double dips with their event space revenue stream. Idefinitely won't be coming back without confirming that I will get to use the space I am paying a premium for. Read more

Hotel is thoughtfully represented in a historic area of downtown, rightfully representing its past as a former ford factory.... Parking outside of valet is a bit out of the way, but a little walk is expected and enjoyed when your down town. Just preparefor inclement weather if your not valet parking. Upon checking in the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they answered anyquestions we had and asked if we had stayed before. In case you haven?t they will give you a run down of what to expect from thehotel, it?s amenities, and it?s rooms. The food is great and can be ordered from room service, and while you wait you can take astroll down the hills and through the lobby area, after all, your staying in a literal art museum. The exhibits are unique andbeautiful. The purple penguins are an art exhibit within themselves but you can feel free to move and manipulate them. Justdon?t take one off the premises. The rooms have high ceilings, espresso machines, industrial styles plumbing attachments, a litcloset, sliding doors, and a massive window beyond the head of the bed. Converting this into a hotel was done so with amplethought. Inside the room lighting is versatile and charging opportunities are ample. Overall a great and interesting stay, evenif just for a night, you can?t beat the pricing for what you receive. If you get the chance to stay, book, book, book!!!! Read more
