So this is a sauce lovers paradise. For the quesadilla it was almost as if they ran out of cheese and covered it up with the... creamy garlic instead. When asked if I could get the spicy garlic sauce on the shwarma he said he could just put a cup in thebag. Dipping is not the same as having it on but I'm to easy going to insist on a request like that the first time, ratherallowing the chef creation to stand as he would prepare it. What a find, fresh meat fresh vegetables and great service. I was able to enjoy freshly Made humus with very fresh pita bread... hot from the oven with my meal, so delicious. Nice food truck on Portland and NW 36th. Very friendly staff, super clean truck and kitchen. and more importantly...excellent... food. Their falafels are among the best I've had anywhere.
