So this is a sauce lovers paradise. For the quesadilla it was almost as if they ran out of cheese and covered it up with the... creamy garlic instead. When asked if I could get the spicy garlic sauce on the shwarma he said he could just put a cup in thebag. Dipping is not the same as having it on but I'm to easy going to insist on a request like that the first time, ratherallowing the chef creation to stand as he would prepare it. What a find, fresh meat fresh vegetables and great service. I was able to enjoy freshly Made humus with very fresh pita bread... hot from the oven with my meal, so delicious. I have never had a Gyro with as much flavor as Abu makes. I don't think I can go back to the basic Gyro ever again! The... flavorful meat is topped with a light garlic sauce that really sets these gyro's apart from any other. Must try, it's a littlepricey but well worth every mouth watering bite!!!! Read more
There are some benches available outside the food truck, they were dirty we asked the food truck for some napkins to wipe the... table down they said they didn?t have any (but when they gave us the food they were napkins?). The chicken shawarma arabi wasok, for some reason they didn?t put the pickles in the wrap - I lived in Dubai for a period of time and thought this was thesignature for shawarma. I asked for extra pickles, they didn?t give me any. Also the fries seemed like they were old (doublefried). The falafel was ok, seemed like they were store bought and just fried. My husband ordered the chicken zinger over riceand there was more batter than chicken. I didn?t enjoy it - defo would choose to go to shawarma and co instead. Read more
This is the second time I have had their gyro in the past two weeks. The first time it was amazing, this last time it was good... but not amazing. I tried their loaded fries with beef shawarma. Baklava was decent. Falafel I am extremely picky with, and itwas just ok. The food is all zabihah halal. Not many halal places in OKC so it was good to try. Read more
Nice food truck on Portland and NW 36th. Very friendly staff, super clean truck and kitchen. and more importantly...excellent... food. Their falafels are among the best I've had anywhere. They take much pride in the falafel process, and it shows in theflavor. Order online and pick it up...easy as that!
