Reviews for Arby's in Oklahoma City, OK
I've tried to eat here twice, both during business hours (12pm & 4pm). Both times they just happened to have shut the restaurant... down moments before I get there. I don't recall exactly what it was the first time, but today it was "systems down". I can'tsay I've had a good experience at ANY Arby's in a long long time. Very fast service. Time I picked my drink and filled it order was ready.
I ate inside and purchased the Brisket sandwich meal. The brisket sandwich was messy as was to be ecpected. However they had no... napkins!!! So, surely the manager could have gone to the closest store and purchased some paper towel rolls...??? This was thecase the past 2 times I've been there, so probably will not be back for a while with all the other food locations close by. Theydon't have tea set out for dine in and they don't stock there pickle bar, again this is the case the past 2 times. I would havegiven a 1 star review but the cashier had a wonderful demeanor. Bet this location would do great business if there wait wasn?t 15min for food every time. Tried twice both times were terrible
The food was good, but the customer service was poor. They got the order wrong and forgot the sauce and straws. Young people... need to pull their heads out. Read more
This Arby's is much better than the one on North Santa Fe in Edmond. I ate at the Edmond location a week ago. Staff were rude,... and crinkle fries were not at all fresh, even chewy. And the fries had several chunks of something burned and black in them--Ipresume burned fries. This Arby's seems to be better. Staff still not at all friendly but the sandwiches were as expected, sono complaints. I did not order fries at this location due to the completely inedible and possibly contaminated fries I receivedat the Edmond location last week. When I drive through and give someone money for a meal, I expect a minimum of a smile orhearing the words, "thank you." The employees at both locations seemed to have an attitude they were doing *me* a huge favor inpassing out my food through the drive through window and taking my money. Although I do love the Arby's roast beef sandwiches,there are drive through restaurants, Chick Fil-A and even most McDonald's, which make me feel welcome and appreciated. Read more
Always have an excellent experience at this location. Today was no different for lunch. Food was hot and fresh and came out fast... - accurate too. The staff here does an excellent job and are always very friendly and considerate. Such a plus given howrestaurants are having real staffing troubles coming off the pandemic. Also did dine in as usually and things are clean - moreso than many of the other local fast food restaurants. While here they came out and cleaned all the tables and booths - alwaysgood to see! Sometimes it is nice to get something that isn't a hamburger. Arby's roast beef sandwiches are great. We got the 4 for $10,... curly fries and the cream and strawberry fried pies. The sandwiches were great, the meat moist and flavorful. The curly frieswere a nice change from the normal fries at hamburger places. The fried pies were ok. They were not very flavorful. They wereok, but I wouldn't get them again. The lobby was not open. When they forgot to give us Arby sauce we had to yell across anothercar at the drive through to the guy at the window to get sauce.
