If I could rate less than 1 star I would. It took 3 different people to take our order at the drive-thru. Then we get our order... with 5 things missing! (It was not a very large order and was literally 3 #2's) When I went inside to get the rest of my order,the worker thought it was funny, laughing the whole time and looked high as a kite. The Manager was very helpful and kind!! My daughter was trying to collect all the Mattel games from the kids meals, and they... happened to be out of the game she needed to complete the set and the Manager went to the back and was able to find the game shewas wanting. Thank you again!! Read more

I have always felt that Arby's is a bit over priced for what you get. I got a #1 and a cherry turnover. Every thing was hot,... fresh ( or as fresh as you can get at fast food ;) ) and exactly how I ordered it. The service was also polite and friendly. Read more
It took way too long ti receive my food and I couldn't leave because I already paid. It took over 20 minutes to get my food and... it was disgusting I ordered the chicken club wrap the fries were burnt and the wrap had little to no ingredients it had 1 sliceof bacon, 1 slice of meat and some lettuce and nothing else.
