First, Alton Brown is right - this just might be the finest double cheeseburger in America. Second, what a great local place.... Friendly staff slinging craft cocktails. Cool, trendy burger spot downtown with good food and great drinks. Seating is fairly limited and it's an order at the bar and... sit where you can type of place. The prices were very affordable and the burger was great, though I think the victim of too muchhype. Not my favorite but that's also a matter of personal taste. It was great for the price and a fun place to hang out. Myonly criticism is how loud it is, which is probably due to the acoustics of the room but if you are really bothered by that kindof thing in a restaurant it might not be for you. Read more
So much hype, so much let down. I am all about a Sunday when it's a fun day! Unfortunately, this was not. Why you get three... stars.... -My daiquiri was on point. If you haven't had one of these made of rum, lime, and sugar...I highly recommend. -Thefries are the closest I have gotten to McD's fries. -The burger has the chard crispyness and in a 2 drinks down state of bliss,tastes like a 2am hungryness good. Why you missed the other 2 stars... -Waiting. Better bring your bag of patience if cominghere. Bartender told us it would be 45minutes just to get the burger. Waiting to get served a drink. Waiting to get asked if wewanted another(which never happened). Waiting for my fries to come. They finally did when my burger was 2/3 gone. You will seein the picture. -Alton Brown must have been high on life when he had that burger. It is not the best burger and quite frankly, Iwon't be back for another. It was dry, definitely could use a better bun. -Although the bartenders could make a good drink, theystunk at multitasking. We literally sat at the bar. Never once upon walking from one end to the other did they ask anyone at thebar top if they wanted another or is everything okay? It was almost like they were on this, if you want something, you come tome attitude. And maybe something has changed, but since my days of bartending, we weren't allowed to take shots with customers.Yes, I know people want us to, but unless something has changed, it's a no while working. Saturday afternoon visit. People started pouring in about 5pm. Cocktails were okay but a little pricey. Service was slow but... expected considering the time of visit. $2 grilled cheese might be the best bang for buck. Double cheeseburger was definitelygood but not as good as alton brown hyped it up to be. Still decent overall. Read more
This picture does not do this meal justice. The burger is hand made smash burger style. Super simple; ketchup, mustard, cheese... and pickles. This is one of the best burgers I have ever had. Once again a brewer told me to go to this place. Beer guys knowsome stuff. Sooooo delicious. Read more

Very cute! Fantastic design. House beer was great. Son loved the fries. (Gotta love a teenage vegetarian - they are the... pickiest of eaters lol) Burger was delish. Staff was friendly and seemed liked competent bartenders. My only negative - theydon?t have napkins anywhere - you have to ask for those and for ketchup refills.
