We chose to eat here because we wanted to see what all the hype was about. It was our first time eating here and it for sure... will be the last. First the lady that was making our order asked us what we wanted and when we told her she acted like shedidn't hear us and would ask again rudely slamming the meat down on the cutting board. We ordered three of the 12.99 meals. Wewhen I went to pay for it the gentleman that was at the register was extremely rude. He stated that the total was over $55, towhich I asked him for clarification on why and he got even more disrespectful with me stating that I ordered sliced meats sothat add to the price. However I only order sliced brisket for one meal which I was fine paying for but the other two meals hadNO sliced meats in them and he still wanted to charge me for them anyway. He would not listen to what I was asking, justcontinue to be rude. It doesn't end there , when we got home to eat all the food was cold and we didn't even get the right meatthat we had asked for. Total came to over $55 when it should of be about $39 plus tax. DONT waste your time with this placeunless you like being talked to very disrespectful and wasting your money on food you didn't order. People working there are nice to deal with. Food is great. I love their pulled pork. I got a large pre arranged order of it.

So my family ordered pick up, and when my sister picked up the order and was nearly to the door a staff member made a rude... comment to her. For 1 your a cook not wait staff nor delivery. Your job as a cook is to cook and usually they don't get tips.For 1 don't get greedy. Get a better paying job. Billy Simms makes some of the best food especially since the closure of Rib Crib. Nice looking location with great feel... That... said there is often order errors with incorrect and missing stuff. The most recent visit, literally got into a minor debate withstaff over them not putting a 43cent sauce into the bag which was paid for already... Bought another to resolve issue and getfood home in a timely manner. Also, despite the city wide mask ordinances, and signs on door, mask wearing of staff wasincorrect or not even at all...see photos. Read more
