Ran in for milk and they had no one running the grocery counter. Waited 3 minutes and finally walked over to the food service... area and asked them to call someone to grocery and they explained there was no one and they were on double duty. Where the heckis the manager? Why is management making some teenager run the drive-thru, dine in counter, and ring out groceries?? Read more

I pulled they to buy a half gallon a milk an get some food but can only sell me milk if I m handicapped I explained it have a... many in the car that just went to sleep I couldn't come in they cant ring it up thru the drive thru ? I will not go back tobraums here my home town braums will sell me milk thru the drive thru . I m 3 hours from home been at them school for mygranddaughters band competition since 1:00 pm first nap he has all day . Nice, clean, Braums and friendly service. Not sure why the drive thru was so slow this visit, but that has become more common... in all restaurants across the area, not just Braums. My guess is that workers aren't being paid enough. Read more

I don't know how some Braums can be so great take care of your order with perfection. Yet others can't get it Right. Pull to the... drive-thru 1025 just wanted a sausage biscuit was told breakfast wasn't being served. Got to the window asked what timebreakfast stop he said 10:30 but 5 minutes beforehand they start throwing breakfast stuff away. Okay somebody needs to changethe sign to 10:25. Ordered some fries and ask them to cook them extra crispy I hate soggy uncooked french fries. Guess what hadto pull up and wait and they came out uncooked soggy french fries. Just ordered from here, had to pull up and wait for my order, which was fine, but got home to find my order messed up. Couldn't... go back tonight but told them my son could go tomorrow. The manager said they needed the food back. My son can't carry that foodwith him all day tomorrow. Just ridiculous! Never going back to this location again. Read more

Once again they screw you when you go through the drive thru. Simple order #5 mustard only as the sauce no tomatoes. My first... bite was a big glob of mayonnaise could not even taste the burger. Every time I visit there?s some new mess up. I don?t get all my order, I wait for 30 plus minutes, or I have ice cream spill all... over while in the drive thru. I don?t know what happened to the ones that understood customer service and quality service, butpay them better and bring them back. This place is a joke now. Read more
