Clean, friend loved her ice cream! Price was amazing. Sad there didn't seem to be any sugar free options for me

Was at the drive through, four cars ahead of me. No one was getting their order taken, first guy sped off, then I backed out... and the car in front followed. Came inside to order, 4 different employees looked me in the eyes, disregarded I was there. Then5 min later someone finally came to take my order. I know it's busy and people are short staffed, but a "I'll be right with you"goes a long way. Great food, bad service. Read more

They let me charge my phone and the burrito of course was excellent

It was terrible. You have to ask for fresh or you get burgers that have been sitting. You shouldn't have to ask. It should be... fresh every time. This is pure laziness. I went through drive thru and requested fresh and did not get fresh. I had to goinside. Read more

I agree with the other reviewers. Definitely slower than any of the other Braums, and you also get less ice cream. It?s a good... thing I am trying to cut calories! Read more

Braums in general always gets 5 stars from me, I'm a huge fan and eat there at least twice a week!! However this one experience... from this one Braums in particular is lackluster. Food was fine, got my junior chocolate shake per usual and its literally amilkshake lol and came 3/4 full. Not sure what happened here but no thanks. Read more
