I ordered 2 hotcakes with bacon and 2 hash browns. Went through drive through.paid and was at 2nd window at 7:11 am was told to... pull around. Waited at front door till 7:18 then I went in waited till they asked if they could help me. Told them I was stillwaiting on 2 hot cakes with bacon and hash brown. Waited till 7:23 then asked for a manager for a refund. When he went to refundme he had to redo my order in order to give me my refund because they dimissed my order to save their time on the drive through. Read more

Hi everyone, my husband goes for crinkle fries and Raspberry tea here. If he gets me to Braums, it's all about yogurt or ice... cream. Any chance they'll do almond milk ice cream (I'm really working on my vegetarian thing)? Really fresh ice cream, butchintzy, (who likes chintzy?) on the bananas and hot fudge. The woman called the wrong number for our order, when it was ready. Other then that everything was great.

My order was totally wrong. I told them absolutely NO cheese. I asked the girl who handed me my to-go order if there was NO... CHEESE she said absolutely No Cheese! I got home, there was cheese all over the triple burger. I order a double burger withbacon. I am lactose intolerant and had to throw it away. The purchase was on my way home 13 miles.
