We literally had to stop eating because we couldn't get a single server's attention to refill out dinks. When we were finally... able to get a someone the attitude was ridiculous. To make matters worse they changed all the screens over to soccer beforeturning the music so loud it started to drown the person sitting next to you out. Me and my friends waited about 20 minutes to order, we ordered 4 appetizers, which should be small and not too inconvenient... right? Wrong. The waitress must have forgot about us because we didn?t get 4 small appetizers till an hour later. A literal hourlater, All of which that many people that were sat after us, were served way before us. Our server didn?t acknowledge us duringthis whole wait time, and when I went to the register to question if our order even got put in, many employees kept coming up tothe counter to take care of door dash orders and didn?t acknowledge me standing there trying to ask a small question regardingour order. Even while they were doing nothing and stand there while talking drama with their coworkers. They kept looking andignoring me, till my friends told me to come back to the table. When we finally got our orders, our food came back warm, but inthe ?it?s been left in the back for way too long indicating that our waitress definitely forgot about us? type of way. I don?tthink fresh queso should be lukewarm with a hard film on top, or cold ?just made? cheese curds. At this point we were justplaning on dine and dashing, we didn?t but very close to. When it came to paying the check, we gave her our cards and she wasgone for 17 minutes,?just saying, I also work in the food industry and there?s no reason for a waitress to hold onto a customersform of payment for an extensive amount of time. we all usually leave big tips but after the terrible service we have recieved,The waitress doesn?t really deserve the thought of it. I should've read the reviews on this location before coming here. I should've noticed the lack of cars in the lot on a Friday... night. I should've known what was coming. Ordered dry seasoned wings. No seasoning. Is your cook scared of seasoning? Is heafraid the chicken pieces will magically form back into a chicken and attack him? I, along with the majority of folks here, donot recommend this location. Trash. Read more
Went here for lunch, they were great ???????? food was good, overall had a good time.
Tried to call my order in and their phone lines were down. I arrived and gave my order of 20 traditional wings. The wait time... wasn?t bad but the wings I received were terrible. Way over cooked to the point the bones were breaking in half while trying toget the meat off. What few wings I could eat, the meat was crunchy. We had an amazing waitress tonight Laura! She was the best waitress me and my husband have had in a long time! She did amazing... in every way to checking on us, very friendly, our food was great she did perfect on our drinks. Also they let a pit bullservice dog come in to the outside part where we sat! Enjoyed my time here. Got the awesome deal of 2 for 1 so got double the amount of boneless wings and ended up trying 5 different... flavours which was awesome. Drinks ???? were good and the environment was pretty chilled. Staff were friendly andnice. Definitely recommend taking a trip there. Read more
I always liked Buffalo Wild Wings. Their Ultimate Nachos are great. I got mine with Chili added. Very good!
