This is the second time that not only are orders backed up, but staff have been really rude. Different staff members have been... unprofessional. Definitely stay away from this place. As you can see the backed up orders and nobody knows when anything will beready. Not worth the wait or waste of energy at all. Plenty of people waiting and the ratings speak for themselves. Read more
When you place an online order and you wait 30 min for it to be ready, that's okay. When you have to wait an additional 15 min... at the restaurant to get the food...less awesome. When you get home to realize several parts of your order are missing...thatmakes me want to not spend money eating here. Please keep in mind eating out is no longer cheap, so don't screw over yourcustomers when they do choose your establishment to spend their money. Read more
We ordered this on the way home. Our order couldn?t be more wrong. We ordered chips and queso and sauce on the side. Since the... sauces were on the chicken our children couldn?t eat them. We were missing one flavor entirely. So I had no food to eat. Ourqueso was nachos which were soggy by the time we got home. Pretty expensive and every time we order from here it?s wrong. Iguess next time I will order online and hope it?s right. If not that will be the last time I eat buffalo. Read more
The bartenders are great, but for some reason when I asked the ?GM? why I couldn?t play music from the jukebox after 10:30pm her... answer was that the boss said I can?t allow it & want to keep my job. So I?m curious why we can?t play music which we pay for inthe bar area after 10:30? Pretty ridiculous. Has the ?boss? ever been to a bar?? Read more
We got a to go order, and the chicken was hard as rocks and dry. We usually love this Buffalo Wild Wings especially on the way... out of the city. But this chicken was absolutely disgusting. We paid $35 dollars just to not be able eat any of it. Read more
Went here today for the first time in a few years. Picked up food and took it home. Was the worst wings I've ever had. Half of... them were way overcooked and shriveled up that you couldn't even eat them. Out of the 24 I brought home I ate maybe 10 of them.The chilli con queso I ordered was really good though. This place was kinda ...deflated. there was not enough staff to handle the load and as a result I experienced poor service and... food quality. It was my first time to the buff and Monday night football. I hope they manage to narrow their coverage in storeand put aces in places .
