Usually Casey's is great, but the store on the corner of NW council and Wilshire dropped the ball. First the men's restroom was... disgusting, dried vomit all over the toilet and floor. Second, don't ask Lulu at the register anything; because all she says is"umm, i don't know". I couldn't tell a manager, because there wasn't one on shift and only 2 team members working. Her customer service was great and the ???? was hot, fresh, and delicious! Iwould also like to give a special thanks to Casey?s marketing team. I had no idea your pizza was so good. The pizza is delicious but what I really like about this place is that the workers wear gloves and masks when making the food.
Love the breakfast pizza from Casey?s, it is soooo good! However the last two time?s I have been there before 9:00, they don?t... have any of the breakfast pizza made. Today they only had pepperoni & sausage. Come on Casey?s get it together!!! Last time Iwent they didn?t have any, so I ordered a whole breakfast pizza. I was told it would be 15 mins?.well 55 mins later, I finallyreceived the pizza. The girl making it was sweet but was sooooo s l o w, ( wasn?t in a hurry) and then didn?t even make anextra breakfast pizza to put out so others could enjoy it. I am a regular here. Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. They do need to improve their sandwich station. It... seems like every Saturday/Sunday morning around 8-10am there is never any breakfast food available or any plans to refill them.It usually takes about 10 minutes or so to make it. I think this is a huge miss and can definitely improve. 7/11 always has ahuge stock a warm food ready to go. Besides that, great store! Read more
Just save a stop and go across the street to 7/11. I try to stop in Casey?s but out of the last day 5 stops on various days they... are out of Copenhagen. I liked to stop here because it?s never busy, never a wait but not convenient when they can?t ordercorrectly. I end up across the street at 7/11. They do have what I need but very busy lots of people. I guess because everyonegoes to 7/11 Casey?s is not required to maintain inventory. Read more
