We were visiting from Minnesota, and did a google search for restaurants nearby and Charleston?s popped up. We decided to give... it a try and had just a tremendous experience. I am not sure why it only has a 4.6 star rating. The food was fabulous and theservice was phenomenal (thanks Jessie!). If we are ever back in OKC, we will definitely be back! Read more

The service was stellar. The atmosphere and decor were nice and relaxing. The food was pretty good, but nothing overly... impressive. The Reuben was dry even with the dressing , The saurkraut and beef weren't moist. The shrimp on the shrimp saladwere very very delicious, but the salad itself was good but not as good as the shrimp were, and i wanted the flavor of theshrimp dressing to be on the salad instead of a completely different dressing.. I did really like how healthy they ingredientswere in the shrimp salad. There were a lot of great ingredients. The Kids steak was small but well cooked and the kids frenchfries and chicken tenders were also good. Nothing was bad! I would definitely reccomend going here. They had a couple steakspecials going that weren't on the menu, and I have a feeling those would be very good. A 4.5 star would be a better rating. Read more

This place was great the waitress was fabulous loved her. The atmosphere seems like a good date night spot. I ordered the pork... chops with mushrooms and potatoes. The mushrooms was amazing like so so good. The potato?s and pork chops seemed salty to mejust couldn?t eat it. The management and people that work here are just wonderful! Definitely give it a try if your not into thesalt make sure to tell them no salt and you add it yourself. Read more

Where do I begin? This restaurant gave us the best experience we?ve ever had at any restaurant even before eating a single bite.... All their staff seem happy and eager to help each other (which having been in the service industry and a patron of manyrestaurants over the years is not super common). Our waitress Maddy was super nice and didn?t try to make too much conversationor ask us in the middle of eating if we are ok which we really liked lol - hate trying to tell someone while eating that we?regood. She was the perfect amount of attentive as were the rest of the staff who always made sure our drinks were refilled assoon as we drank them. The service alone was worth returning but omg the food! Get a basket of croissants (you will thank melater). They are the best you?ll ever eat! Flakey, light, and buttery with the hint of sweet. The Cesar salads that came withour meal were perfectly dressed and had just the right amounts of cheese and croutons. The steaks ???? they cook them perfectlyand we had the Hawaiian special sirloin that is marinated in soy sauce and pineapple juice I believe - super good and needednothing as it?s perfectly seasoned with that kiss of char. The baked potato was the same - they do not skimp on qualityingredients and you can see this throughout every aspect down to the real chopped bacon bits and quality sour cream put on thepotato. We had the fried okra on the side and also the best okra we?ve had which says a lot considering we?re born and raisedTexans. They?re perfectly breaded and seasoned and the perfect amount of crispy. Desert was no exception- the carrot cake wasmoist, loaded with all the great things you expect from a carrot cake, topped with a melt in your mouth cream cheese icing andtoasted coconut - we took croissants to go and they are good even cold. Bottom line this is a place that makes spending money ano brainer. They?ve perfected the balance between creating a great experience and serving quality food and atmosp Read more

I ordered the Salmon salad. The waitress recommended honey roasted pecans with it. The salad was good, the croissant was light... and taste, and the pecans were a great touch. The hickory smoked salmon was especially good. I only regret that I'm leavingtomorrow and won't have a chance to return to try another dish. It was that good. Oh, and the wait staff was very attentive. Read more

Oh boy am I glad we ate here! We had a long layover on Oklahoma City on our way back to Seattle and the food here was fantastic!... We loved the burgundy mushrooms and creamed corn and the Reuben was quite tasty. Even the sauces (ranch and thousand island)tasted great. The fried okra was good, too, but not something I would go out of my way to get. They were incredibly busy today(Eastern Sunday after church) so the service was slow but the waitress was very kind. She even gave us a sample of the coleslawbefore we left because she said we had to try it. It was very tasty, with a little spicy kick. Yum! We were so glad to enjoy ameal here before our flight home! Read more

From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave you are always feeling welcomed. The wait staff are amazing and the... food is wonderful. The salads are not just a dinner salad they have eggs and bacon all of the good stuff in there. To top it offyou get a huge fresh baked croissant. I believe the croissant has a very tiny honey drizzle some kind of sweetness over the topof it and it is so tasty. The I had the prime rib. I always like mine cooked a little bit more so I asked for it medium and itwas cooked to perfection. So tender you can cut it with a fork. Loaded baked potato there's not much you can say about that itis full of cheese sour cream butter and goodness chives in there it was really really good. Then we had the carrot cake fordessert it is a huge piece. There was three of us we could share it. They serve it warm so the frosting kind of drizzles overthe side. The nuts being warm in there give it that much more of a nutty warm wonderful winter flavor. There is what I believeto be like maple sugar crunches or something of that sort on top to give it a crunch before you buy into the soft yummy cake. Iwould probably just go back to have a salad and eat that carrot cake. You can't have all sugar but I would try that was so good. They have a very good sweet tea by the way do recommend that. Read more
