Ordered night before for catering pickup. It was a GameDay so it was busy. When I arrived, a little before 10am. 10am was the... time it was supposed to be ready. All the other 10am orders were going out but I didn't get mine until 10:20 am. For the pricewe paid for a try of nuggets it should have been ready. Unfortunately no one apologized for me having to stand there and waitfor 20 min even after several people asked the name on the order. Read more
We had a huge party (30 people) that was all on one ticket. Instead of taking EVERYONE's order THEN making everyone's food and ... bringing it out at the same time causing the first people to wait and have cold food Chick-fil-A took someone's order and gottheir name and started making that food while taking the next person's order. Edited After Remodel review: There has clearly been a change in management. Not for the better. Wait time has increased to... around 30 minutes from 15 minutes. There was almost 0 real difference made with the remodel. They added a second official lanethat they were already doing with cones. It is infact less efficient than what was previously done. Staff has probably moved onso no one has training and is apparent with the slow times. After being down months this is truly disappointing. I wouldactually be interested in seeing the breakdown of money lost between a wasted remodel and lost profits. They now don't do lunchitems until after 10:30am, so no fries. Chicken doesn't seem to have changed though so one good point. I'll give it a couplemonths to see if they can get it together before I update again. Pre-remodel review: Lately Chick-fil-A has been the only placethat has kept their food quality up to standards. I go to this particular one regularly. The longest I've waited was 15 mins andthat was a full triple line. This one is very efficient during rush hours even with its small lot. Read more
I always ask for no salt on my fries because I have high blood pressure. The fries always taste like they dip them back in the... grease instead of making a new batch. I know I'm not the only one that ask for no salt. Read more

This was hands down the best visit I've had at any Chick Fil A. All around it was great. As my first visit to a location in... Oklahoma I was really impressed and surprised. The chicken tasted more flavorful and moist. The waffle cut french fries tastedbetter than I've ever had. I've never seen an employee go table to table checking to see if anybody needs anything. That's afirst. Normally I've seen them ask just as they go around cleaning up. This employee focused only on the customers, not trashand then customers while they're at it. My daughter had a great time in the playground area. Let's be honest though it doesn'ttake much. I hope all the Oklahoma Chick Fil A locations are just as good. Read more
I love Chick fil a and their legendary friendliness. However, this location has another type of culture. They are so short and... rude, especially at the pickup area. They chat amongst themselves in Spanish and never even say a word except, ?Name?? Thenthey hand you your food and walk off without saying a word. Read more
