Terrible service, delivery was late, delivered to the wrong suite, didn?t call me when they FINALLY arrived, and then wouldn?t... refund because the food was eaten by another office. Spoke with general manager and he simply stated that it wasn?t their fault.Instead of arguing I bought over $400 more food just to feed the surgical staff on my own dime since I already used the companycard. I perform in-services every week for teaching medical education and chick filet will not be used in the future. Read more
I am not the type to leave reviews, especially negative reviews but I couldn?t help myself with this one. I ordered door dash... through the quail springs mall location and received a spicy sandwich when I asked for a regular. It was packaged normally butwhen I took a bite I realized that it was in fact spicy. I called the ovation and asked to speak to a manager to see what theycould do to help me out and he told me that there was absolutely nothing he could do that I had to contact door dash even thoughit was their fault for messing up. Visited this restaurant yesterday and since the disturbing experience I had I have been thinking how I should tactfully write... this review. My food quality was fine and the employees were polite as always. I sat in a booth next to an area where I assumeemployees sit and have their personal items or take breaks or whatever. I heard two male employees discussing their ownreligious views. I have no issue with freedom of religion and that?s a whole different topic. What I was hearing were theoriesabout the ?end of the world ? and ?mark of the beast?. These are controversial subjects at best and I don?t think it?sappropriate for employees to be discussing this in ear shot of customers. I frankly want to come and eat on my hour lunch andleave. I don?t want to hear religious theories and opinions. Perhaps these employees did not realize people can hear themthrough their faux wall. I would just hope in the future they will be more mindful that they should keep their religious viewsto themselves or it may start to exclude other customers without the same views. Read more
Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There is another Chick-fil-A near the mall and I think it would probably would have... been a better food choice than the one in the Quail Springs Mall, but don't EVER call them for any reason. I always had goodfood at the other locations in Edmond and MWC when I visited and excellent customer service from all but one of them that was inEdmond( just when I called them). I went to the one in Quail Springs mall on 8/21/2020. The chick-fil-A sandwich looked greasyand darker when I was about to put some sauce on it. When I tasted it it was harder too than it should have been. They must havecooked it longer than they should have. The strawberry shake didn't have a strawberry taste to it and the color looked more likea chocolate shake would look like so I asked the employee if he was sure it wasn't chocolate. I went up a few minutes later toask for a spoon and two of the employees actually walked further away from me instead of coming to see what I wanted. I thinkone of them was a manager because the shirt he had on. The employee who took my order kept stocking cups and then he started topour tea into a container. He finally stopped what he was doing and came over to see what I wanted. They all made me feelunimportant that day and the food and drink was terrible. I have worked for two Taco Bells, a Taco Bell Express, and 5McDonald's and other places working with food and on a register. I do not like complaining because I know what it's like towork in a place like that, but I became so upset by my experience that day AND the response I got from the upper management thatI have changed my mind about complaining entirely. I called a hotline number for chick-fil-A that is supposed to help connectyou to people to resolve issues many times now to complain and ran out of minutes and data on my cell phone more than once, andI got the same exact e-mail from the owner twice saying how they hope they do better next time.
