As a Canadian, it was my first time experiencing this place here in OKC. It was fantastic. The soup was better than Tim... Horton's. Real shredded chicken in the soup. The shake was really thick. It reminds me of a DQ Blizzard, but smoother. Thechicken sandwich is a whole new level to what is back home. A really nice crunch. This was probably the worst CFA visit ever. Completely unorganized. Almost zero customer service. Ordered on mobile app for... carryout. Instructions said to park and indicate it on app. There was no where designated for parking for orders. They madeus go thru the drive thru line which was about 30 mins. Then, they said my order hadn't come thru & sent us to park. When wefinally got our order, it was incomplete. We had to park in street and walk back in. This also took a while and no one everseemed to care - not even the manager on duty. Read more
There always on point but today I don't know what happened. They messed my order all the way up forgot one of my items. I just... gotten off work so passing thru own my way home and did not want come back because I stay in del City. Called too let them knowwhat had happened.lady offered me some coupons.
