It's been about 2 years since I've last eaten at Red Lobster because they've changed the way they prepared the items on the menu... and, to be honest I wasn't happy. I went back yesterday and it was wonderful. At the bar Harbor Bank and it was spectacular.They took out some of the noodles and put in more of the seafood which is always nice. Read more
Seriously need to update the facilities. First I took my daughter to use the ladies room. 1st problem the bathroom smelled like... pee and air freshener. All the toilets were dirty. One had urine all over the seat, the middle stall had dried urine with downthere hair stuck in it and the other stall had poo smeared on it. An employee came in putting paper towels and I said thetoilets are nasty. She just walked out. I never seen anyone go back in and clean it. My son used the men's room and told me theurinals were backed up with urine. Food was fairly okay. Got the kids lobster, it smelled funky and tasted super fishy. Themanager did take it off and apologized, but made excuse that lobsters are moulting and sometimes tastes like that. Never heardof that before. I love Red Lobster, but not this location. The server was really nice and very helpful. Manager was nice too,but I don't like to hear excuses. An apology is sufficient and I appreciate that. Read more
The entire staff was great. We were seated in the bar area. Zack, who knows our preference in drinks, met us at our table with... his usually warm greeting + drinks. This guy knows customer service! He was followed up by CJ(Christopher) who knocked it out ofthe park! To be fair, we do visit this restaurant quite a bit but, the service is the absolute best, the reason we continue tocome back.
