I made a online order Nov 6 and order 2 dinner meals one being the fajita trio meal and received no shrimp so I brought it back... and kindly asked it to be remade. when I received it back it was missing the chicken after waiting in the parking lot for 25minutes went back in to speak with a manager named David on night shift is all he would tell me. he gave me nothing butunprofessional , and poor excuses for why he failed at get my order right for the second time. as I was looking around I'venoticed alot of dirty table and food on the floor in the walkways leading to the back kitchen and customers waiting to beserved at tables in the restaurant. I don't know what happen with this store it's always been on their game but it seems thatthe slacked off alot. I won't be visiting this store for a while. We took our family of 4 to dinner for our daughters 16th Birthday. It was super busy while we were there but our waiter was... absolutely amazing!! He was on top of not just our table but all of his tables. Super friendly & always smiling. The onlycomplaint I have was they forgot my husband drink and we asked for it a few times and finally it was brought(but they were verybusy, so we were not angry). They did bring our daughter a desserts for her birthday which they charge a $1.50 for. Our food washot. Fresh, & amazing as always. I recommend this Chili's & will continue to keep going back. I?ve been eating here for the past two years. Through the years their food quality and customer service has been getting worse.... The fries are soggy and just taste like they were made in the microwave. Their ?sweet? tea is poured with no ice and unsweetwhen you get it to go. Food made to go is very sloppy and almost as if they had cook everything in the microwave. Customerservice is also bad when you dine in. Chili's has changed their menu items multiple times over the past few years, discontinuing our favorites. The latest menu... casualties were Chicken Fried Steak and gravy. There were a total of 8 customers in the restaurant while my wife and I werethere. It took 40+ minutes to receive the half steak/half chicken fajitas we had settled on. Even the fajitas have changed. The chicken fajitas were flavorless, dry, and full of gristle. The portions of meat, peppers, and onions have shrunk. The ricethey used as a filler for the empty space on the plate was not cooked thoroughly. We have been customers of Chili's for morethan 25 years. We won't be going back. ????? Read more

Food was dry and just. Grungy. Steaks weren?t cooked right and the mashed potatoes tasted like they threw it on the floor and... scraped it back on the plate. We ordered simple side salads as appetizers and after 20 minutes of waiting all the food includingthe appetizers just came at once not even giving us the chance to eat the appetizers that are supposed to come first. Great service. Came in late sat at the bar to watch the end of game and get some food. Everything came out fresh, hot, and very... good. The guy running the bar was very attentive and very personable. Definitely glad I stopped in. They are open late duringthe week and have great choices. Read more

Great meal deals happening at chilis!! 3 for $10 is a steal. Great server, great food and atmosphere. You may end up sitting at... one side of the restaurant as they were not fully staffed to open the other side when I went. Causes for a bit of concern sinceno one was social distancing. Aside from the health concern I loved it.. my food was great, ate it too quick to get a pic! Lol Read more
