My order was wrong in the drive thru. Got back to my office and realized that. I took it back and got my order. Dipping sauces... had 1 teaspoon of sauce. I measured it. Not going back. Read more
They only have dark meat so 75% of the menu is not available to order. Then you settle for legs and thighs for a family meal... then get home to find out that you have 2 small single serving sides to feed your family. I don't suggest even bothering tostop by unless you're into legs and thighs and getting ripped off. Read more
Went thru drive through and the female taking the order became frustrated when she couldn?t understand the order of 2 chicken... sandwiches no pickles. She then became irate and started yelling. 2 chicken sandwiches, no pickles. It?s not that hard. Icommend her for being able to speak 2 languages but I condemn her for being unable to work through her frustrations and takingit out on guest who visit the restaurant. I love Church's!!! However I normally just get legs and thighs and now I remember why... They had a meal deal that included... tenders along with my usual legs & thighs. As usual, the legs and thighs were on point. As for the tenders... they were dry andovercooked. Still... I will for sure in the future, be getting me some yummy Church's... But I will just have to stick with myusual legs and thighs. Read more
I came through the drive thru and my food was old, I got freshly hot tea. And the customer service in the drive through and... front counter were non existent. I asked for a refund and she Barcela the Mangt, grabbed the food off the counter looked throughit and took it in the back( which is so weird being there is covid) she was beyond rude in the drive-thru and the front counter,the other employees were standing around looking lost. She returned from the back with balled up money a dollar and a five noreceipt. I asked for a copy she stated she needed the receipt. She was really rude and I just wanted a refund because I wasn?tsatisfied with my service. To the manger I hope your day gets better so you can provide the service needed in this community. Read more

The employee that took my order and was the cashier was a nice respectful young man. He did a great job. The chicken was cooked... and served at the optimal temperature and tasted very good. Couldn?t stop eating the chicken.!. Read more
