We showed up at least a whole hour before they closed and called and let them... know we were coming and they still had already cleared all of the pizzas off the buffet and told us we were out of luck. Amazing experience! Facility was very clean and the staff were sooooo kind! The older gentleman, who may have been the manager,... was exceptionally charismatic to everyone in the store, staff included. Reminded me of Billy Bob Thornton. I will DEFINITELYRETURN! Read more

Went for dinner with my daughter. She's a big fan of Cicis, and the one in our town closed, so we stop in whenever we see one.... We arrived at peak Friday night dinner time, so it was very busy. The employees were super friendly and kept fresh pizzascoming. We've always had to clear our own tables at other Cicis locations, but I didn't spot anywhere to do that here, and staffcame by multiple times to grab any plates we were finished with. Floors were a little dirty, but considering the time of day andthe crowd of small children, that was to be expected and didn't bother us. Don't go in expecting gourmet pizza; it's aninexpensive, family-friendly pizza buffet. But for the price, the quality is good. And you can't beat the brownies! Me and my husband just had lunch here and let me just say the energy and atmosphere is amazing! As soon as we walked in the door... 4 people greeted us with a big smile and laughter! Love that! And the management is so interactive with their customers and hadfresh pizza coming our every 2 minutes! The manager was so kind! He was so awesome and upbeat, there was a mistake on the price and he made it right. The gold standard when you want a ton of cheap pizza. Sometimes you gotta do it. Points to this location for being really clean,... having staff that seems to not hate being there, & really keeping fresh pizza out constantly, at least during my visit. Read more
