Workers spent more time talking and laughing then they did paying attention to my order. Asked for no tomatoes on my city burger... and they kept tomatoes on and took the red onions off. There was barely any meat on this sub. But tasted okay. Read more
Ordered twice now and won't do it again. Order was beyond wrong both times and the last time didn't receive half my order even... though i was charged and it was clearly on the receipt. Quality of food i have received was not worth the price. Read more
I used Postmates to pick up my order, my driver tries explaining to the city bites employee that the sandwiches he was trying... give us were incorrect. The driver tried showing him what he showed the order was was suppose to be, and nope.. the employeeinsisted they were right. My payment had already been made and the driver showed the employee and he would not hear of it. Ilove city bites but this location will no longer see my business or my co workers. Read more
