We got there around 9:40 am and it took a min for the server to come to us and ask what we wanted to drink! It seemed like he... had a difficult time understanding us cause we had to repeat our drink order to him 3 times as well as our food order too! Wewaited an hour and a half on food and it never ever came to us l, the manager never came to a table to ask for help and therewas no smile on anyones face as if they actually liked working there! The server never came to check on us while we waited anhour for food my cup was Empty and took like 15 mins to get a refill. I remember when Dennys was good and the service was alwayson key but not anymore and it?s sad cause it could be a really good place if the manager actually cared more about his serviceand employees. This was the best place to take my teenage daughter to give her a valuable lesson about drugs and the effects on life. The hotel... across the street which you have direct view from your dining room provides plenty of anti-drug entertainment. While we werethere we got to witness one lady have an air fight with herself while twitching and then falling asleep on the parking lot.While another half naked was dancing under the hotel sign which by the way reads: "the best way in" . Was being picked upwhile earning a little money for the evening. After all it was a very successful dinner my daughter will certainly never everconsider doing drugs. I called 20 times in a row to order for pickup and nobody answered. There's a voicemail saying to use their website, but the... last time I did that at 5:00 a.m. my order "never went through" so I wanted to make sure and talk to somebody when I orderedthis time. I'm not exaggerating when I say 20 times, it was exactly 20 times in a row and then I just gave up. Also, I wanted topay cash and I needed to do a few substitutions which the website doesn't allow. It's unfortunate that a lot of places aroundhere are closed whenever I get off work, so there are not a lot of places to get hot food. It's hard to comprehend having abusiness phone that nobody answers, especially 20 calls in a row. It kind of makes me want to go stand in the restaurant andcall while I'm inside to see what happens and if the phone even rings. I'm not going eat here, though, I guess, since I nevergot to order. never again !! i will never be attending dennys at any location because of this location! i had a large group 5 people all... together, 2 of them order country fried steak & they were both hard as a rock!!!! them i got the GRAND SLAMWICH ! & there was anapkin in my sandwich, ???????? i?m SOOOOO glad i checked my sandwich before i ate it! and the lady got mad and asked me if iwas paying for my food, why would i pay for that and it had a whole napkin in my sandwich!! worst experience and my first onetoo & MY LAST! Went in to eat. We had 5 people walk past us. There was no ill be be right with you. The manager was standing there. After ten... minutes we left. We went to IHop down the street.
