Pizza came over an hour late and cold. This is the second time this has happened with this location. Advice for staff: don't... cook the pizza an hour before the delivery driver is ready to take it. I know it's no easy but neither is taking customercomplaints about cold pizza all night. Read more
Aug 2022: I ordered two medium pizzas. One cheese and one with veggies. I pickup my order and the veggie pizza is missing a... topping. They offer to remake the pizza. It's 10pm I don't want to wait for a fresh pizza and I have my 7yr old w/me. I ask ifinstead of waiting I can just get a credit for the cheese pizza. The young woman proceeds to ask if there was a issue with thecheese pizza. I said no but since thats what we order most frequently and $7 vs $15 (value of the veggie) I thought it be aeasier credit. She then says she cannot do that and offers to cook a portion of the topping and put them on top of my pizza...Are you kidding? Not to mention the whole point was me not waiting due to the inconvenience. What is the difference in making mea new pizza now versus just giving me a credit for it on my next visit? Not to mention I'm asking for a lower credit than theactual value of the pizza that was made incorrectly. I'm shamed this is the closet location to my new house. I guess we'll haveto travel a distance for accurate orders and reasonable customer service. SEP 2022: Had a coupon so thought I'd try again.Ended up picking up my own delivery order after waiting 90 mins and the tracker saying quality check for a hour. I will say theydid send me the option for 20% off or 60 pts (free pizza) but I can't help but wonder if it's automatic when the orders notdelivered. I RECENTLY have made a delivery order here and I have had it delivered with no problem but now all of a sudden I?m being told... that they haven?t been delivering in my apartments and that I couldn?t make a delivery order. Now all of a sudden. Personally Ithink that the shift that is working right now at this time and date is being lazy and making up excuses. Tried to call an order a pizza. Was on hold for 5 minutes before someone picked up the phone. Then told could not order the... carry out special over the phone. I would have to order online. Appears Dominos doesn?t value customers who want to use thephone. Only cares about online orders. Read more
I'm really surprised with this Domino's. We've eaten here about 6 times since we moved to this area and so far, everything has... been made correctly. This locations service is getting worse each time we order. This is the second time we have gotten something we didn't order.... the first time is was late and we just blew it off but today was not the same. We ordered a Chicken Taco Pizza as we havenumerous times before. Today it is cold, dry, burnt, missing basically all the toppings, and no taco seasoning. Ordered 2 pizzas and one of them was about 70 - 80 percent burned. The young lady that greeted me was extremely pleasant.
