Super run down location. We came in Sunday at 7 pm. The kitchen was filthy?tons of food all over the floor. The tables had... cleaning streaks over them and half the staff looked like they were ready to close. So many of the staff had long greasy hairall down in their faces, no hairnets. Our order came out incorrect. It took two people looking at the receipt to figure out themistake instead of just taking my husbands word for it and remaking the burger. All of the fries were old and chewy. My sonsburger finally came out corrected and the bun was cold. It?s clear the standards are low here and we will not return. Read more

The food was good and the service was quick but the restaurant was very dirty with almost all the tables were dirty, trash cans... full and they weren't very busy at all inside but drive through was fairly busy. We seldom go to this location on Hefner becauseits not as tidy and usually go to the Yukon location that's always spotless. There's definitely a difference in the twolocations. Read more

I ordered onion rings when my husband got home with them they were burnt looked like they had been refried. Hamburgers were... just thrown together half way done. We took in a group of about 25+ students and adults on a Wednesday evening-which is obviously very overwhelming! They handled us... all very well and they were very kind and took great care of us and our multiple food and ice cream orders. They made sure wewere well taken care of. Thanks freddy?s on Hefner!! I ordered online from this restaurant. I have ate at another Freddy's years ago and thought I would try it again. It was... horrible. My fries and sandwich boxes were filthy. My fries were so cold and tough to eat. It was a horrible experience. Ithought with the prices they charge it would be quality but it was so far from it. I will never eat there again. I did not checkit until I got back. I also paid an extra .80 cents for extra cheese and not only there was no extra cheese, it barely had anycheese on it... I would not recommend for anyone to go. I did a pick up here and this place is a mess. Food and trash everywhere. I hope this management cleans their restaurant. I... added photos to show some of this mess. I would not eat here. Firehouse subs is so much cleaner than this. I recommend FirehouseSubs because it?s a very clean restaurant and very good foods. Read more

The staff was friendly. The food is always good. It was hard to find a clean table. We sat at one that you could tell where... drinks had been sitting, wiped with a napkin. They weren't that busy. Read more

Staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Burgers were good. Looked like we had just come in after a rush.. Napkins needed... filling, was quickly done when mentioned. Pickup counter needed to be wiped down. Also Just a note...the AC return ventabove ordering counter is really dirty.. faces the eating area.. would improve the AC function if it was cleaned. 4 stars dueto rings a bit too greasy.. but person w/ me liked them.. :D so nothing wasted.
