Our favorite is chicken strops and a classic burger. I love how the edges are of the burger. The fries are thin and neat ro eat.... My order was great. However, there was a drive thru order for a sundae without reeces. They were put in and when he realized it... instead of making it over he scooped them out and sent the sundae through the window anyway. People have allergies this was anextreme turn off at this point. Read more

I?ve been here before a long time ago and I?m not gonna lie, it was pretty iffy, I had family over and they all wanted freddys... cause it?s a favorite and I was not excited but let me tell you !!! I walked in and it seemed more alive, there were quite a fewpeople already here, the people were nice and actually welcomed us accommodating us with sauces at the counter. The food was waybetter and the custard was actually solid this time and not melted and soupy. I will definitely be returning more and more if Ican get customer service and food like this more often here. The changes were great and I didn?t wait 16 minutes for food likelast time. I?ve never really eaten here before but I came in that afternoon with some of my crew, the lady at the register was kind, and... gave me suggestions on 2 of the menu items I was deciding and had a welcoming smile. I?m not sure who she was but I thinksomeone called her bri from the back area. The service around the western street area can be horrible with the people at otherplaces but all the workers seemed very nice and on top of things at this location which was a great first impression. I?m notone to give reviews but after being up at 5 working for 7 hours already and starving lol, They had great service and the foodwas really nice. She went from the front to the back area while we waited for our food and helped them and got our food in lessthan like 4 minutes. The meat was nice a tender and the toppings on the sandwhich were great. For my first time I think thisspot may be a great place to take my lunch. Of course, first things first, I love Freddy?s. I could eat it everyday and be completely content. This is the first bad... experience I?ve had with them! I came through on my lunch to grab a bite to eat and I waited in an empty line for 5-10 minutesfor them (which is normal since they make everything fresh!) I got back to the office and took a bite, when I looked down Ialmost threw it back up. My burger wasn?t cooked all the way, it?s very evident that it wasn?t! Working in food, it?s importantto make sure the food is safe to consume and a lot of people have sensitivities, not to mention this is beef- beef has to becooked through!
