First off, that morning crew was amazing and friendly! They were out of a few things only because they were waiting on the truck... to unload but offered other great options. I don't normally make reviews for fast food places, but the workers here are pretty good. The past 8 times I've come here... everyone has been friendly and the food is all honestly really good, the chicken is cooked properly and not too dry or gross andnormally still fresh and hot. The guy who takes orders and works the window in the evenings is very friendly and charismatic.This place is my go to if I don't feel like cooking or I'm craving fried chicken as the staff is friendly and the food is goodfor the most part! :) Read more
I went originally at the beginning of the summer and felt the lady helping me should probably not be in customer service.... However, I was craving those tenders and recently decided to give it another go and I?m glad I did. The gentleman helping me acouple of weeks ago was very upbeat and friendly. My order was fresh and delicious and I?m definitely glad I decided to go back.I know we all deserve more than first impressions, so I definitely wanted to leave a review. Keep up the great work. My grandmother ordered Golden Chick from this location tonight through doordash. The food arrived and we realized Golden Chick... forgot the gravy and the rolls which I don't understand how it's possible if you have one person doing the food and then theother person is supposed to be checking food. However when we called they told us that we could come back up there and get theremainder of the food even though we ordered through door Dash so that we wouldn't have to come up there. We asked for a refundon just those items which would have been less than $12. They said if we wanted a refund she would have had to call corporate.Sad that that is the only solution when they are a franchise. Shame on you Lorenzo for not making it right people pay good moneyand they don't need to be getting screwed around because you don't know how to do your job and make sure people are doing theirjob by ensuring an order is correct before sending it out.
