I don't normally make reviews for fast food places, but the workers here are pretty good. The past 8 times I've come here... everyone has been friendly and the food is all honestly really good, the chicken is cooked properly and not too dry or gross andnormally still fresh and hot. The guy who takes orders and works the window in the evenings is very friendly and charismatic.This place is my go to if I don't feel like cooking or I'm craving fried chicken as the staff is friendly and the food is goodfor the most part! :) Read more
I went originally at the beginning of the summer and felt the lady helping me should probably not be in customer service.... However, I was craving those tenders and recently decided to give it another go and I?m glad I did. The gentleman helping me acouple of weeks ago was very upbeat and friendly. My order was fresh and delicious and I?m definitely glad I decided to go back.I know we all deserve more than first impressions, so I definitely wanted to leave a review. Keep up the great work. My grandmother ordered Golden Chick from this location tonight through doordash. The food arrived and we realized Golden Chick... forgot the gravy and the rolls which I don't understand how it's possible if you have one person doing the food and then theother person is supposed to be checking food. However when we called they told us that we could come back up there and get theremainder of the food even though we ordered through door Dash so that we wouldn't have to come up there. We asked for a refundon just those items which would have been less than $12. They said if we wanted a refund she would have had to call corporate.Sad that that is the only solution when they are a franchise. Shame on you Lorenzo for not making it right people pay good moneyand they don't need to be getting screwed around because you don't know how to do your job and make sure people are doing theirjob by ensuring an order is correct before sending it out. Going through the drive through; I don't have enough fingers on my hands for the amount of times my order was wrong. They often... don't have the supplies for orders. So if you order online they'll ghost you until you get to the place and then tell you theydon't have your food. Just go to a different location. Read more

Literally one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a drive thru. I waited 15 minutes at the speker until I laid on the horn... for someone to even take my order . Car ahead if me left because Nobody took there order. waited another 15 minutes for my foodthen got attitude when I asked for ranch for my poppers. asked for gravy didn't get gravy got mashed potatoes. Food is old anddry. . Whoever owns this restaurant needs to fire every single person in there. Read more
My husband and I come here after grocery shopping down the road (because who doesn?t need a mid-meal snack?) and it is ALWAYS so... good.
