26 minutes in the drive through line. The drive through young lady would rather talk and give different handshakes to their... friends rather than take orders or serve the customers their food. I?m at home with Covid my friend brought me food and it was given to her wrong I then called them to see if We could get our... money back or the food replaced when I come out of quarantine and the manager Emiliano said he would need the food back so do Isave the food for 9 more days then take it back. It was was not worth the money. Chicken was dry, ordered double mashed potatoes and gravy, potatoes you could definitely tell... they're instant which we know most places are but these were not good. I got all the way home and found double mashed potatoesbut no gravy. Called them and they were like oh yeah ok just come back and we will give it to you. Too far to go back. Normally we have a good experience and we go very often. Tonight was very different. We told them we wanted a 6 piece spicy... golden tenders and they gave us 4 original. The guy who took our order was rude when we told him that we had order a 6 piecegolden tender meal and they haven?t gave us it. Very disappointed because we are always there. Food is top notch as always. The tenders were cooking as I placed my order. So it was fresh which made it even better. But... there seemed to be a lot of new employees there. They were all huddled up as I walked in doing who knows what for severalminutes. One of the gentleman acknowledged my presence and said he'd be with me in a moment. After taking my order everyone ofthem ran out the back door and could be heard giggling and doing more of who knows what. After several more minutes theyreturned and the same young man told me they were waiting on the tenders to finish cooking. They were all nice and even gave mea few extra tenders for my wait. It just felt sort of like a playground. I know he was training at least one of the otheremployees and maybe that's what he was doing with them all huddled together. I'm not sure. Went there for the first time because I loved the Golden Chick from back home. I was extremely disappointed. We ordered 3 of the... four piece tender meals. Got home to find out that none of us had gravy not even on the mashed potatoes. The tenders were old. Ipaid $37.00 for food the got thrown in the trash. Then when I called the restaurant to tell them about it all the lady on thephone asked me was did I want to come back and get the gravy. Which would have been nice if the food was edible. I would justlike my food re made fresh I don?t even want a refund just the food re done but I guess they don?t do that there so if that?snot doable I guess a refund would have to do.
