Arrived at 945pm, was not seated for almost 10 minutes even though there was staff standing around. We finally received our food... at 10:35 and it was all cold, and my ham was burnt (picture attached) Ordered a side salad as an appetizer and it arrived withour main dishes. This is not just this location, as we started at the IHOP on S Meridian and stood there for 15 minutes beforeheading to this location. I will not be coming back to any IHOPs for the near future. Food is always amazing and fresh. However, no one should have to wait 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges them. On top... of that, literally every employee ignores the front waiting area. They need more staff, better staff. Very disappointed in thecustomer service. Read more
Our party of two arrived shortly after 10am 09 July 2022. Everything was going wonderfully. Our waitress was great and the food... came out perfectly as we ordered it. As we finished our meal we continued to catch up and this is when I noticed the individualcleaning the table next to us. He took the water glass the person who had just left the table was drinking out of and pouredsome ice out on the table, took a napkin that they had used and wiped the table with it! Yes, you read that correctly! I was sodisgusted and horrified because I had just eaten a meal there. We told our waitress what we had just seen. She informed us thatshe was going to get the manager because that was something that they needed to hear. A few minutes passed and she informed usthat the manager at the time just wanted her to tell him what happened. The manager never came out to speak with us. Thenshortly after the man came with sanitizing solution and a towel and cleaned the one table. Unbelievable, needless to say I willNEVER eat at another IHOP again! Now I'm so thankful for my friend who I was having breakfast with had her own sanitizing wipesand we wiped down the booth seats before we sat down and she continued to wipe down the table and everything we would touch! Waitress got everything right, as did the cooks. Manager was so nice, came to check on us several times. We left full and... satisfied. My parents live in TX and almost every time they come visit, we go to this ihop because the service is always good.. Read more
Service was wonderful. Kim was attentive but not smothering! Food cooked to my specific order.
Tried going into IHOP on NW expressway and within 2 minutes we walked out.. apparently they remodeled but did nothing to the... plumbing so it was stink right when you walk in. Went to IHOP in Belle isle... food was good, service was good and no stinklol. Read more
great service! food was just what you?d expect! my boyfriend and i got hot coffee, hot chocolate (which was amazing!),... strawberry banana french toast with a side of hash browns, scrambled eggs, and ham! he also got the bacon burger with a side offrench fries. everything was delicious and our server was so so kind and was super fast! :) Read more
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Stood at the door forever. Finally got seated then then our waiter walked past us multiple times helping... the table next to us and said nothing. Finally came over and we were ready to order everything. Watched another server seattables and get drinks to them immediately. We finally asked him if we could get our drinks. I asked where the manager was andwas told in the office. I ordered a side of steak tips and a side of hash browns and was charged a full meal. Wanted to complainto at least be charged correctly but the manager couldn't be found. Our server seemed to be on valium or some kind of downer andhe only had one speed which my grandma with her walker could out run. Just paid and left. I managed here 7 years ago and thiswould have been unacceptable! I washed dishes, bussed tables, ran food, cooked, whatever needed to be done for the good of therestaurant. Beyond disappointed.
