I order the lemon pepper 8 traditional wings & fries. I thought the lemon pepper flavor would be a for sure winner for my first... order. I was wrong. The wings lacked in flavor but the worse part is, the wings are DRY. The wings were cooked this morning (its115pm) or over-cooked. The portion size is good. That's my only positive take away. This restaurant is absolutely horrible, I placed an order through door dash. It pinned my location incorrectly and it was taken... elsewhere. When I called to see if I could just come get my food I was told to call door dash. So I was let without my money orfood. Read more

I hate giving one star reviews, I really do. But? This place or this online system is terrible. First of all, they do everting... online and doesn?t leave room for anyone to modify their orders because they want to make it easier for the cook. So, if youdon?t want ice in your tea, you have to wait until they bring it out to you the you can say no ice in which they will go backinside and re-pour it. Such a waste of time. Second, haha this is funny. I ordered mango habanero sauce. You know how spicyhabanero sauce is right? I ordered ?Mango Habanero (Hot) - Sweet And Spicy With Quite A Kick? there was no kick. I?m telling youit tasted like barbecue sauce?s long list cousin. ???? On another note; The chicken were well done I mean falling off the boneswell done. This 'restaurant' is inside Chili's. And you HAVE to place an order through doordash, you can't place an order in person or... anywhere else. Super inconvenient. Plus I had to call 4 times before someone answered and the line didn't just go silent afterringing 2-3 times. Read more
My advice would be to fire whoever is working in the kitchen. Chicken seemed boiled and just barely cooked to temp. I ordered... Buffalo wings with extra sauce and got plain wings with a side of sauce. Ordered garlic parmesan and got plain wings again.Fries were soggy and bland. Everything came in a bag, yet the boxes were busted. Seems like they were in a hurry and did notcare at all about my order. I will be sure to spread the word to all that listen, ?never eat here. ?
