Not sure if everyone is ordering sandwiches lately, but my past 3 deliveries have been taking longer than expected. Even when I... include a tip for the mobile order, I'm still waiting close to 30-45 minutes for a sandwich combo. Now, I do live close to thelocation and yes, it's a convenience for me to have it delivered, but I'm still waiting for that same amount of time. The appis inaccurate and said that the food was delivered and it wasn't. Even when I called to check the order, I was told to lookaround for it as the "delivery driver" likes to hide it in plane sight. Why do I have to find or play games with my food? JimmyJohn's is gonna have to change its slogan to freaky slow. Read more

Always friendly and freaky fast service (unless there's a lunch rush)
Everyone inside was super nice and the food was great. The only reason for the 3/5 review was the fact that there was one person... bossing everyone around and speaking down to them the entire time I was there. That?s no way to treat co-workers, especially infront of a guest. Read more

Horrible customer service. Unacceptable. Employees AND manager were disrespectful to me. Manager allowed employees to talk... rudely to me. I will never go back to this location. They clearly do not care about customers. I was the only car in drivethrough. 2 employees & a manager inside & after 8 minutes with nobody acknowledging me waiting @ drive thru window, I wentinside. Manager's passive aggressive comment to me was - "only 8 minutes? Oh wow I thought it was 15 or 20 minutes". I would befired from my job if I treated customers like this. Furthermore, the Manager did not stop his employee from continuing to talkto me to my back after I paid & was making my drink. She was rude & I had completed my transaction & was making my drink &leaving & she continued talking. The other employee's fake rude "Have a Good Day" comment as I was leaving was unappreciated. Always super fast and very friendly! I never have any issues getting exactly what I ordered. I keep coming back!
