Not great. I was so displeased with the service. Nevee received refills, walked up and said "do you know what you want", never... thanked us for coming. I had to ask for more coffee. Just crazy ppl can get away with have no customer service skills being awaitress. Read more

Portions are crazy HUGE (good thing). Flavor lacking; the ?seasoned? home fries had zero seasoning. I had the egg white... omelette w/ ?smoked turkey?(cheap deli meat). Had a funny taste along with NO seasoning. The mixed fruit was not mixed fruit atall. Just honey dew and cantaloupe. Service was good and the restaurant was clean but really could use some improvement. There were a few flies and the silverware was dirty. Pancakes were cooked to perfection though. Lots of options. I?ve gone a few times to the Jimmy?s on 3741 NW 39th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73118? always have had a pleasant experience. Today... was one of the most busiest I?ve seen it. While the service was a bit slower than usual, the waitresses made up for it by beingso friendly and sweet! I?ve gone to the one in midtown. It?s also good experiences only. I just really appreciate the kindnessof the waitresses and when they were able to be more attentive, they definitely were. Tip the servers well so they staymotivated to handle the busy days. Seat yourself place, which is terrible for servers. Appears to be short staffed, I could identify two servers and 8 tables each.... This really cut into our experience and expectations others shared with us. I feel bad for the poor girl, she forgot some itemswe requested but only cause she needs help. This was a horrible experience. Regardless of the newness of our waitress, there no excuse for how awful our meal was. After 20... minutes, we still did not have drinks or silverware. When we were finally brought our drinks, I had nothing for my coffee... nospoon, no creamer, no sweetener. Sadly we were one of six tables experiencing the same thing. Our waitress constantlydisappeared and would not come back with what we asked for. The state of the building itself is appalling. The bathrooms feellike something out of a horror movie. We love Jimmy's Egg, but this felt more like a dirty Denny's in the bad part of the city.We will NEVER be back here. Read more
Came in about 1pm. I know they are about to close at 2pm, but the service was not the best. Never refilled coffee and waited... about 10-15 mins just to give our order, when it was nearly empty in the restaurant. I do want to say our food tasted very good. Read more
