Kind of a dump now. Too expensive. The place was empty on a Sunday night, but honestly it makes sense. Nobody bothers to care... about anything there. Wait staff was super slow and disorganized which is weird considering they only had two table to take careof. Beyond that the food has tanked. Also, if you were hoping for a family friendly environment, don?t expect the TVs to be onanything that you wouldn?t want your kids to see. Read more

Our 1st and only time eating here. Family of 3 cost 65$ and the food was worth and 20 maybe! Husband got chicken shrimp Alfredo... which was soupy and flavorless. Shrimp looked as though it was defrosted and thrown in, no seasoning present. I got spinachartichoke dip that was soup, I tried added more cheese just to get to a dip consistency. The free pizza was ok at best. Saveyour money and eat at home, your food will be better I promise you, or just go to McDonald's where you get exactly what youexpect. When we picked up our order they left my husband's out so you might want to check your order before you leave. And goodluck if you choose to eat here! Read more

1st place in Two years that didn't mess up my order. Amazing options. Quality with Quantity- Will be back next time we are in... the City. The staff were absolutely great- not like many other places where people are just present. Italian sodas a must. Foodwas fresh tasting. Delicious! We got the Family Chicken Scaloppini. Come Hungry! ( If Macaroni Grill and Olive Garden Had aBaby) Read more

This used to be my favorite restaurant. The minestrone soup was so salty and cold as well as my pasta. 8 minutes after receiving... our entree the waitress who was just trying to make a buck not at all caring about our experience asks us about dessert or if wewanted a box while giving us our check. The picture was my food when I told her I did not particularly care for it at all andshe just said ?im sorry about that? took our payment and charged us full price for everything without any solution. We will notbe returning. Read more

I haven't been to Johnny Carinos for at least 10 years. I ordered items I had in the past, my favorite item there was spicy... Romana chicken, stuffed mushrooms, and their tiramasu. The ???? mushrooms weren't as good as they used to be, but perhaps theyare better in person. My brother tried their turtle cheesecake, which he really enjoyed. Read more

There were very few people there when we went. The hostess started to sit at us at one of the only table with all chairs. ... Since every other one had booths I politely asked if we could move. My back is not great and the booths help. She did move usbut had an attitude about it. The food was good as usual. The Italian Nachos were loaded up great. The portion sizes for theentrées looked smaller which wouldn't be too bad but with the recent price increases I would expect to get at least the sameamount. I asked if the soup could still be swapped for the salad for the side and they said yes but didn't mention that theynow charge $4 for that. So my meal that was normally 12.99 was 15.99 for the entrée and 3.99 for the soup. So approx $7higher with smaller portion sizes at least when we went anyway. Might not sound like much but with a family that's $35+.Overall the food is still yummy. The service was ok. The pricing for portion amount was not the best. Read more

Very disappointing !!!!!! Read more

This place is so good, I'm sad to leave it behind. While it could certainly be compared to Olive Garden I guess, Johnny Carino's... is so much better! The atmosphere was cozy. The staff personable (Our server Kira was fantasti). The food felt homemade, ratherthan the same reheated food. Don't get me wrong, O.G. is good, but I love Johnny Carino's way more. Looking forward to visitingagain. Better yet... Can you please bring a Johnny Carino's to Upstate New York? Read more
