Went through the drive through which took forever. Tried to order the 16 piece tender family meal and the guy tells me they... only have 12 so I say sure I'll take the 12 piece tender family meal then. Always get my order fast and it's never messed up. They could work on packaging the chicken better. This last time I placed a... fairly large order of extra crispy chicken and it was all kind of smushed in there to where when you took a piece out it wassticking to other pieces and skin falling off before it got to a plate. Maybe it's just time to go ahead an shut this place down? After a year sabbatical of not going to KFC for poor service and blah... food, I decided to give it another go. However, not much has changed. I could barely understand the person taking my order, whowas in fact less than thrilled to be there. They were out of ice? And I quote from the dude working the window after asking howhis day was going.. "I am hot, I have to work this !@$& window and I wish someone would kidnap me from this place so I could befree" . I haven?t been to this facility in several years because service has always been terrible yesterday my experience was turned... around. I was greeted by a young man that appeared to be a manager, he was very attentive, professional and kind the food washot and my order was correct. Read more
I stopped by this location this afternoon to order dinner for my husband and myself. Due to the intense heat, I didn?t want to... heat the kitchen. The food was old, the chicken and the sides. The biscuits were maybe three days old. This speaks to very poormanagement. KFC used to produce fresh food and the company cared about customer service. If any you have had a bad experience,you should contact the Health Department. If I could leave negative intergers, I would rate this place a negative 10+. Read more
This is the last time I will go to a KFC. This location has the most indifferent people taking orders & giving food. I ordered... online, well in advance of my pick up time.... My order was missing items. The items I received wasn't cooked well. Over cooked,over salted, super greasy. When I called the store to at least refund me the money on the Mac & cheese I didn't get, no answer -multiple times! And this happened before at various locations: the don?t care attitude & missing or wrong items. Read more
I thought i wad ordering dinner not appetizer.on top of that no bisquits or the sauces which cost extra btw (sauces). My order... Only received half of our order because the drive thru operator said she never heard us order it despite asking questions about... the missing items. She acted somewhat confrontational at the window, making it seem like adding anything would have been verydifficult and definitely an inconvenience for her. We took what food we did get and went somewhere else. Read more
